Responsibilities: Inpatient/outpatient mix. Care for approximately 15 inpatients. Inpatient consults as needed (about 10 a week). Every patient has an internist. There is a mid-level practitioner who works from 3 PM â€" 11 PM to take care of late admissions to include discharge instructions and prescriptions. The house doctor sees any patients who need to be seen at night.
Affiliation: Employee with partnership opportunity
Call: 1:4; Call is by phone. Weekend rounds are in-house. Weekend rounds are 1:6.
Compensation: $160,000 (for a resident) â€" $200,000(for an experienced doctor) + an incentive bonus on outpatient services of 40% of what you generate

Candidate
Qualifications: Board Certified/Qualified physiatrist with excellent interpersonal and communications skills; Must be Board Certified if residency completed more than 2 years ago
