Seeking Board Certified Internist or Family Practitioner. Geriatric/NH experience desired. Responsible for admissions, discharges, physician orders and management of acute and chronic medical problems on LTC units.
MD Degree from a medical school recognized by the NYS Board of Regents
Current NYS License Registration in good standing
Board Certified Internist or Family Practitioner required
Two years hospital experience required
Geriatric/ Skilled Nursing facility experience preferred
