Description: JobTarget is looking of STAFF PHYSICIAN EINSTEIN DIVISION OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE, WELLNESS CENTER right now, this job will be depute in New York. Part time position for an internist or family medicine physician for a large, University-affiliated, substance abuse treatment p! rogram in the Bronx, NY. Dynamic, opioid pharmacotherapy site provides on-site primary medical care, including HIV and Hepatitis C care, integrated with substance abuse treatment. New, state-of-the-art facilities and on-site parking available. Relationship to Montefiore Medical Center (MMC) and academic department (Einstein and MMC) well established. Role includes direct ambulatory care, participation in quality improvement activities, medical staff oversight and opportunities for teaching and research. Colleagues include a great group of primary care internists and family physicians dedicated to providing high quality care to an undeserved, urban patient population. Experience in ambulatory care essential. Experience in substance abuse treatment and HIV care is preferred. Board eligibility required.
