PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN
We are seeking a full-time Geriatrician to join our teaching nursing home and provide primary care services to subacute and long-term care patients.
Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Geriatric Medicine is preferred.
