For detail informations about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center is seeking a LVT with CCRP. Must have a NY ! State license or be license eligible. Position is a full-time position, providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to our patients. We are a large hospital providing primary care veterinary services, referral services for surgery and internal medicine as well as 24-hour emergency and critical care services to all patients in the area.
Our physiotherapy provider will work in conjunction with our internist, surgeons and associate veterinary staff to evaluate each patient's physiotherapy/rehabilitation needs, generate treatment plans and implement the services needed for surgical post-operative patients, care for senior pets, skin/wound healing, pain relief and management and improved function and quality of life. Good time management, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must. We recruit those with strong leadership skills, great technical expertise and confidence to use their skills in a fast-paced, challenging environment as an integral part of our med! ical team. Generally our technicians work 4-5 days a week, no ! on-call, and some scheduled weekend shifts may be required.
