Faculty Practice PhysiciansThe St. Lukes Medical Group Faculty Practice is currently seeking full time Primary Care Internists for our Practice sites in Manhattan! . Dynamic, level 3 Medical Homes which provide a full range of primary medical care integrated with our Care Management program focusing on high risk patients. Committed, collegial physician and support staff.
Our office on 147th street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard is a NHSC designated site.In this pivotal role, you will: -Provide direct patient care-Participate in Medical Home and quality improvement activitiesThere are also opportunities for teaching and precepting housestaff. Board eligible applicants must have experience in ambulatory care. Spanish speaking a plus.
