JOB SUMMARY
Complete the daily tasks necessary for data and document management and maintenance.

Manage incoming requests and update SAP and identify critical requests observing the time sensitivity to business deadlines.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, enter and maintain SAP master data. Review and refine data files.
Manage the workflow and governance of the master data.
Troubleshoot issues and make necessary corrections to the data and/or the process.
Review and analyze the various upload results, resolve errors.
Validate accuracy of the master file data. Perform quality audits to preserve data integrity.
Ensure master data processes and procedures are properly documented. Maintain consistent conventions related to data and document retention. Collaborate with key stakeholders on data management process improvement.
Prepare and disseminate various reports. Review, edit reports and make necessary corrections.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience
Experience entering data into databases (ex: MS Access).
Additional
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SAP knowledge.
Previous master data experience.
Experience applying and/or researching FDA Regulations for the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry

- The anticipated salary range for this position is $18.75 – $30.75 per hour. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
