Facilities Administrator [Australia]


 

BGIS is experiencing strong company growth and requires a Facilities Administrator to join our existing team.

The Role

This role is based in Southport, QLD.

The Facilities Administrator would be responsible for providing administrative support to the contract team including:

  • General administration and office management
  • Taking minutes and experience with excel usage
  • Preparation of correspondence and filing system management
  • Preparation and coordination of contract documentation such as manuals, procedures, internal and client reporting
  • Assisting the BGIS team with contractor management and compliance
  • Allocation of work orders utilizing the Client Maintenance System for preventative work, corrective and reactive work and system data
  • Assisting the BGIS team with the financial management of the Contract
  • Assist in reviewing invoices


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum – Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant formal qualifications such as a diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
  • Strong demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing written reports.
  • Essential current knowledge in computer software Word, Excel, Outlook (or related program) and Internet access.
