Recruiting Assistant


 

This role is a full time, long term REMOTE position for Monday -Friday 10:30am - 7pm ET.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our Recruiting Team. We recruit nannies and babysitters. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruiters to source and screen potential nanny candidates, interview, reference check and assist with finding talented new hires.

The best person for this job is someone who is an ambitious go-getter who is personable, can embrace performance objectives, has a history of success as measured by KPIs, and loves to get things done in an organized way. This professional must be able to work with an optimistic attitude and can think outside the box. Also important is a set up home office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end to end recruiting of candidates
  • Management of candidate pipeline
  • Mining resumes, prescreen interviews, conducting video interviews, reference checks, compiling candidate profiles and submitting back ground checks
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified nanny candidates
  • Assisting in crafting job posts and social media recruiting
  • Administrative and clerical tasks within the recruiting process
  • Track candidate data and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail - must love to get into the nitty gritty of the detail orientation
  • Excellent oral and writing skills – Show your skill in your cover letter!
  • Organizational skills - must be highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Two to three years demonstrated work experience in a fast paced administrative capacity with deadline orientation

Important Notes:

Experience in recruiting, staffing industry or human resources are a huge plus.

*Candidates must show proof of the eligibility to work in the US.

This is a remote position. A home office set-up is required, which includes private space and access to very strong WIFI to support use of multiple applications and video meetings and work with 2-3 monitors.

Training is individually paced; dress code is business casual for zoom meetings.

Compensation and Perks:

Salary reflects background and experience. Benefits include health insurance, 15 days PTO, and major holidays paid. Perks include eligibility to a company match retirement plan.
