Job Overview
You are creative and proactive with expertise in strategic event planning and can bring unparalleled attention to detail in your execution of high-level, luxury experiences. A key to success in this role means you have proficiency in conceiving, planning, and bringing to fruition client activations and bespoke experiences with significant ROI.

About the Role

  • Plan, manage, and execute in-market events for a regional portfolio; handle on-site event execution, coordination, and external vendor support
  • Maintain project timelines, event orders, and priorities for each delegated event
  • Ensure collaboration with team members, providing guidance and assistance where needed to enable effective event execution and outcomes
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure event success, collaborating regularly with Creative, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams
  • Manage event budgets and regional vendor negotiations; write and review RFPs/SOWs
  • Manage event invitation process from design stage to mail out for all delegated events
  • Oversee event operations to ensure internal teams are clear on responsibilities and expectations, build and strengthen internal and vendor relationships
  • Assist with travel planning
  • Prepare comprehensive post-event summaries, collecting feedback and assist with follow-up communications, identify, and share event successes and opportunities for improvement

What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong experience in a similar role, within a luxury environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience with hands-on event planning and logistics management
  • Ability to anticipate event-related issues before they arise, managing with a positive, flexible communication style when needs or priorities shift based on last-minute changes

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation range starting at $52,500 plus bonus.
The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance.
