We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and performing a variety of other administrative tasks to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate individuals
Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and other team members
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Coordinate with other departments and external partners on various projects and initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
