Job Specifications

  • WORK LOCATION: Onsite location in Los Angeles, CA
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 8-9 hours per day (weekend availability might be required).
  • JOB STATUS: Full-time, Temporary
  • START DATE: September 2023
  • END DATE: November 2023

Objective

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for interacting directly with participants upon their arrival onsite for a data collection project. This position will report directly to the Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome participants to the job location
  • Instruct and support customers/participants throughout their time at the job location
  • Track customers appointments
  • Ensure customers satisfaction
  • Foresee logistic challenges and solve them proactively
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Track data in spreadsheets using Excel knowledge
  • Coordinate project activities with team members as needed
  • Cooperate and report regularly to Program Manager, Project Managers and other team members

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in customer service for the food, retail or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with iOS and macOS
  • Exceptional customer service experience and skills
  • Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project
  • Ability to interact professionally with project participants
  • Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Excel or Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
