- WORK LOCATION: Onsite location in Los Angeles, CA
- WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 8-9 hours per day (weekend availability might be required).
- JOB STATUS: Full-time, Temporary
- START DATE: September 2023
- END DATE: November 2023
Objective
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for interacting directly with participants upon their arrival onsite for a data collection project. This position will report directly to the Site Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome participants to the job location
- Instruct and support customers/participants throughout their time at the job location
- Track customers appointments
- Ensure customers satisfaction
- Foresee logistic challenges and solve them proactively
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Track data in spreadsheets using Excel knowledge
- Coordinate project activities with team members as needed
- Cooperate and report regularly to Program Manager, Project Managers and other team members
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service for the food, retail or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with iOS and macOS
- Exceptional customer service experience and skills
- Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project
- Ability to interact professionally with project participants
- Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Excel or Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail
