We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our facility in top condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep of the building, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of building maintenance and safety protocols, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Repair and replace defective parts.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Test electrical systems and components to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ability to follow written manuals and read picture diagrams.
- Report to Facilities Manager.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
