Description: The St. Luke’s Medical Group Faculty Practice is employing Faculty Practice Physicians right now, this position will be dwelled in New York. The St. Luke’s Medical Group Faculty Practice, affiliated with a major NYC Medical Center, is currently seeking full-time Primary Care Internist! s for our Practice sites in Manhattan. Dynamic, level 3 Medical Homes which provide a full range of primary medical care integrated with our Care Management program focusing on high risk patients. Committed, collegial physician and support staff. Our office on 147th street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard is a NHSC designated site.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Provide direct patient care
• Participate in Medical Home and quality improvement activities

There are also opportunities for teaching and precepting housestaff. Board eligible applicants must have experience in ambulatory care. Spanish speaking a plus.
