Executive Assistant to the CEO [Nigeria]


 

AAO-Tsalach Limited, a Lagos-based HR consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations optimise their human resources management and drive success, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organised, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organise and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to emails and prioritising urgent matters.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other critical internal and external events.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events, offsites, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain and update the CEO's contact database and ensure the smooth flow of information between the CEO and other departments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a management consulting or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software and tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
