AAO-Tsalach Limited, a Lagos-based HR consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations optimise their human resources management and drive success, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Organise and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to emails and prioritising urgent matters.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other critical internal and external events.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects, presentations, and reports as required.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, offsites, and team-building activities.
- Maintain and update the CEO's contact database and ensure the smooth flow of information between the CEO and other departments.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a management consulting or professional services environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software and tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
