Job description
We are looking for a reliable Logistics Import Coordinator to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Import Coordinator coordinates imports and deliveries of commodities and products and makes sure that all the commodities and products have been customs cleared and delivered to Customers properly and on time.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
An Logistics Import Coordinator executes the following key roles and responsibilities that are mentioned below:
Key Responsibilities of Logistics Import Coordinator
- Coordination of exports-imports of beverages, poultry product from Ukraine to the Netherlands via Poland, other EU BCPs
- Developing information materials for clients and maintaining relations with the client's contractors
- Service of customers with whom the customer has established cooperation, in particular:
a) advising and providing instructions on the transport conditions, selection of means of transport, transport routes and places of delivery;
b) preparing and sending transport documents, informing contractors about obstacles in the execution of the order, organizing customs clearance, taking steps to protect the rights of contractors, in particular by preparation of complaint documents, keeping settlements with shippers and foreign and domestic contractors
- Preparing and sending clearance instructions to customs clearance brokers on daily basis.
- Controlling and coordinating customs clearance products from stock in the Netherlands (various locations)
- Making entries about customs clearance in Reference Balance List on daily basis
- Checking of invoices from Forwarding Agencies / Logistics Service Providers for import and customs clearance services
- Provide loading instructions to the warehouse
- Timely update the customer on the pick-up dates
- Coordinate between customer, warehouse and the customs broker on the order execution
- Provide necessary documentation to the Warehouse, Customs broker, Customer
- Stakeholder management (customs broker, warehouse, logistics companies)

Educational Qualifications and Hard Skills Required
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field such as import, exports, supply chain, customs and logistics
- Higher Education (Economics, Supply Chain, International Trade)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of English, Ukrainian Language
