Solutions Advisor – Customer Success Team

Come join our team!Appfire is searching for a personable, knowledgeable Solutions Advisor who is passionate about connecting our Partners and Clients to the solutions their businesses need to succeed. In this role, you’ll partner with our Channel Management and other Appfire teams to understand the needs of Appfire’s customers, strategize on how to navigate and improve the partner/customer engagement process, and support both external Partners and internal team members with your technical expertise and business acumen. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and nurturing of the relationships within the Atlassian Ecosystem, our extensive customer base, as well as new clients to cement Appfire and it’s products as a trusted business partner.
What You Will Do:
- Become a trusted expert on Appfire's portfolio of solutions, products and services
- Work with our Channel and Customer Success teams to develop and maintain long-term partner and customer relationships
- Make product and services recommendations
- Help partners and customers determine the best technology solutions to meet their business needs
- Educate partners and customers on how Appfire's solutions will meet a customer’s business needs and provide business value
- Serve as a technology advisor to partners; and both prospective and current customers
- Assist Customer Success management and team in defining and executing growth plans and initiatives
- Provide regular, ongoing account management activity reports for management
- Track and maintain all Partner and customer engagement within Salesforce
- Provide assistance to customer support and other internal teams when required
- Educate prospects/customers on the Atlassian Partner ecosystem, as well as the Appfire Partner resources available to help ensure success with our products
Expectations:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Appfire's solutions
- Participate in planning future projects and goals for the Customer Success team
- Provide feedback when necessary on the definition of the marketing and communication's plan
- Advocate for customers when discussing new features with Business and Product Development teams
- Engage with other related Appfire teams to ensure every customer has the best possible experience purchasing and using Appfire's solutions
About You:
- Expert in software systems
- Strong understanding and expertise in general channel and client engagement processes
- Extensive knowledge of Atlassian Ecosystem
- Remain conversant with evolving technological trends
- Customer Success and/or business administration background
