Agents provide potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness. This role will provide phone/and or computer-based support to customers to help resolve product issues, answer account and billing questions, or handle customer concerns for a nationwide wireless broadband network dedicated to public safety.
General Responsibilities:

Inbound Agent takes calls from the inbound queue, triages the customer’s issue, and works to resolve. This is accomplished by collecting outstanding balances, correcting verification and eligibility issues, running troubleshooting, tracking, and placing orders, and addressing general customer questions.Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of data entry and call center experience.
- MS Office Experience.
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of inbound customer service experience.
- Open availability Monday thru Sunday 8:00am thru 11:00pm ET. and understand the hours of operation could change at any time making flexibility a must.
