Facility: The Hospital is Southwestern New York's largest not-for-profit health care provider. The mission of the WCAHospital is to improve the health and well being of the people of ChautauquaCounty and the surrounding area in a way that includes compassion, dedication, and a commitment to quality, while maintaining economic viability and a vision for the future. Opportunity is for a Hospitalist to join the expanding employed group. Schedule is 7 on 7 off with average patient census of 18 per 12 hour shift. Internist will handle just the Medical Unit admissions and do procedures plus co-manage the ICU. Med/Ped or FP physicians will handle Medical Unit admissions and do about 20% of their work on the Pediatric Unit. No NICU or PICU coverage needed.
Compensation: Starting salary between $190K-$200K plus incentives, bonuses, student loan repayment through the state with up to $100,000 and full benefits.
