Currently , the Education and Residency Training Program for St. Luke’s â€"Roosevelt Hospital is seeking an energetic and! creative Education Program Manager (EPM) to run one of the mo! st innovative and learner centered Internal Medicine training programs in the country.
EXPERIENCES AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED
Superb communication and team-building skills
Familiarity with software applications necessary to the administration of a large residency program (e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel/Publisher and database management , ERAS , WebAds , ABIM/ACGME applications , etc.
Organizational and logistical skills , since the successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process for 600 applicants picked from a pool of over 6000 applications.
Leadership/managerial skills , since the EPM will manage a team of administrative staff to provide the structure and support to train the outstanding internists of the future.
Creativity and Innovation , since the EPM will be fully engaged in training/developmental opportunities for the program.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
High School graduate required; College graduate preferred.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
