Come join our electronic health records team at Venice Family Clinic as a Patient Record Abstractor II. This important role will perform chart abstraction and data entry of relevant data elements from paper or other medium into the Electronic Medical Records system. This role will also be responsible for providing electronic health records training to clinical staff, providers, volunteers, residents, and medical students (one on one), and will travel to our various sites within Los Angeles County as needed to provide EHR support. Required: * One year of experience in healthcare * Experience with computer data entry, and proficient with Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point) and NextGen EMR systems. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Medical terminology knowledge * High school diploma
