Description: Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center is employing LVT with Certification in Canine Physical Rehabilitation (CCRP) right now, this position will be designated in New York. For complete informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center is seeking a LVT with CCRP. Must have a NY State lic! ense or be license eligible. Position is a full-time position, providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to our patients. We are a large hospital providing community well pet veterinary services, referral services for surgery and internal medicine as well as 24-hour emergency and critical care services to all patients in the area. Our physiotherapy provider will work in conjunction with our internist, surgeons and associate veterinary staff to evaluate each patient's physiotherapy/rehabilitation needs, generate treatment plans and implement the services needed for surgical post-operative patients, care for senior pets, skin/wound healing, pain relief and management and improved function and quality of life. Good time management, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must. We recruit those with strong leadership skills, great technical expertise and confidence to use their skills in a fast-paced, challenging environment as an integral part of our medical te! am. Generally our technicians work 4-5 days a week, no on-call! , and some scheduled weekend shifts may be required.
