Commercial Real Estate Office Manager - administrative


 

Forward-thinking, fast paced and innovative Commercial Real Estate Company looking to hire a Office Manager with strong communication and details oriented.

The main job of an office manager at a real estate office is to coordinate communication and be responsible for handling office administration duties, including attending to new customers, answering phones, handling company inquiries, obtaining mails.

  • Answering telephone calls and if needed, directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate office activities, weekly meeting, and events.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of social media accounts.
  • Updating real estate listings with Commercial -LACDB and MLS real estate boards.
  • Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked.
  • Perform basic filling, and clerical duties.
  • Maintain documentation on-site and in computer systems.
  • Experience in multitasking abilities during busy and peak office hours.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with extreme professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability and proactive attitude to learn software.
  • Other duties assigned.

Job Type: Full-time 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

Office Administration: 1 year

  • Receptionist: 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
