This is a full time remote position with minimal on-site time required; 40 hours per week, Day shift Monday-Friday.
On-site training requirements: 2 weeks of initial on-site training and ongoing 1-2 days per month of onsite training.
Mauer Auto Group will provide a company-issued laptop and a $50 stipend monthly towards internet charges.

Service Concierge Representative - Responsibilities*
- Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors.
- Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
- Answer incoming status update calls for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming customer inquiries.
